I usually do not write reviews but this was the fastest, best, most reasonably priced air conditioning repair I have ever had and I want to let everyone know about it. I have a unit that is 5 years old and called the company that put it in and they said we can be there tomorrow. It is 100 degrees outside and that was not going to work so I took a chance and called around. I must admit I was concerned just calling randomly and I happened upon Austin's Heating and Air, they answered the phone on a Saturday and said we will be there in 2 hours. They were here in an hour and a half and charged me 50.00 less than the part costs including labor! I researched it online so I know how fair they were. This kind of thing does not happen everyday and if you want an honest company that is customer focused look no further!

My HVAC unit was making a loud and unnatural sound, so I called Steve. He came earlier than the appointment window and quickly diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained the situation and what would be needed to repair. He didn't have the part on his truck, but said his technician would be back with it. Jordan came within a couple of hours and quickly got the part installed. Steve and Jordan are efficient and provide quality work at a fair price. I will use again in the future.

We've been with Austin Heating & Air for about 13 years and love them. They are professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable. We recommend them to all of our friends!

We've had a representative from Austin H&A out for one of our AC units and our heater. Both times they were quick to respond, out the next day, and fixed the problem on the first visit. Highly recommend.

Steve has a great company and great service. Knowledgeable in all aspects of what he sells. Will do everything needed to have a satisfied customer. Always treated like you are one of the family. Will never try to sell you anything that is not needed. Highest recommendation from me.

By far, the best heating and air professionals I've ever dealt with. I've known Steve since I moved here from Jersey in 2005. He has been servicing the furnace and AC twice a year (and any time I call with aquestion or problem) ever since. His prices are reasonable, he takes the time to explain any problems and is always kind and considerate - the best !!

Such an amazing business! They have been so honest and caring. Anytime we call they come quickly! Steve, Jordan and Rob are so easy to work with and I highly recommend them. If you have any HVAC needs please call them. Stand up guys for sure!

I think their service and response is exceptional and their pricing is very fair. I would recommend them. They are here about every 6 months. It is a service contract. They do a great job.

I highly recommend Austin Heating and Air. I called on a Monday morning because our A/C wasn’t functioning properly. Steve responder within minutes and had someone at my house within 15 minutes. The problem was solved quickly and the service was awesome. I will definitely use them for my future home heating and cooling needs!.

Steve is GREAT and an honest guy! He just fixed my AC. He was right on time and very professional. Highly recommend this guy don't call anyone else.

Can't say enough about these guys. Had my a/c unit go out on one of the hottest days of the year and they were able to come out same day. Great service and reasonable pricing. Clearly explained the problem and solution. They were also helpful in explaining warranties of the unit as well. Will be calling them for any future needs. Highly recommended
